Checking for marking consistency.

We used to test the marking consistency of TAs by pulling random marked assignments from each pile and compare them. Instead, the time and effort would be saved much if we added an identical 'dummy' submission in each pile. Then the evaluation would be simply seeing how each TAs marked identical submissions.

For courses that use online submission and Moss, cheating cases can be used to compare graders. If two students have identical submissions as found by Moss, they can be assigned to two separate markers, and the marking can be compared.
