CsBoxes Perl Module

This is a very small perl module. It defines the mapping between the first two characters of a userid and a box number in the range 10..99. This is primarily used for knowing which handback box by the Consulting Centre is used to return handmarked assignments to students, either by being put on the printout of an electronically marked assignment or by being placed on a generated cover page.
