Lawrence Folland, CSCF

I am the manager of Research Support and Special Projects for the School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. Our group is part of the Computer Science Computing Facility (CSCF), which provides support for all of the computing needs for the School of Computer Science.

I report to the CS Director of Infrastructure, , currently Craig Kaplan.

As of March 2022, I have six staff that report to me: Three working on Research Support - Lori Paniak (ldpaniak), Harsh Roghelia and Tom Cauduro (tcauduro). Each is assigned as a "Point-of-Contact" for faculty and research groups. The full list can be found here. Two work on Special Projects - Isaac Morland (ijmorlan) and Daniel Allen (drallen). Plus, I have one contract staff Nathan Fish (nfish) who provides backing support on all we do.

We also regularly have co-op students or part-time help. See the current list here: CSCF Personnel Pictures
