A vCard is an electronic business card that carries vital directory information such as name, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and Internet URLs (Universal Resource Locators).

1. Editing vCards

To edit your vCard:

  1. In the menu, select Tools > Account Settings.
  2. Click on the name of the account to which you want to attach a vCard.
  3. Click on "Edit Card".
  4. Enter your information in the "Contact", "Address", and/or "Other" tab(s).
  5. Click "Ok" twice to exit "Account Settings".

2. Attaching vCards to outgoing messages

To automatically attach your vCard to your outgoing messages:

  1. In the menu, select Tools > Account Settings.
  2. Click on the name of the account to which you want to attach a vCard.
  3. Checkmark the "Attach my vCard to messages" option.
