1. Making messages available offline

To automatically make messages available offline:

  1. In the menu, select Tools > Account Settings.
  2. Click on "Offline & Disk Space" in the account to which you want to apply changes.
  3. Checkmark the "Make the messages in my Inbox available when I am working offline" option.
  4. Click "Ok" to save your settings.

Note: To automatically make newly created folders also available for offline use, click and checkmark the "When I create new folders, select them for offline use" option.

2. Conserving disk space

To limit the size of messages I download for offline access in order to conserve disk space:

  1. In the menu, select Tools > Account Settings.
  2. Click on "Offline & Disk Space" in the account to which you want to apply changes.
