Raouf Boutaba wins "Best Paper" at MMNS'03

The Best Paper Award of the IFIP/IEEE International Conference on Management of Multimedia Networks and Services went to Toufik Ahmed, Ahmed Mehaoua (University of Versailles, France), Raouf Boutaba and Youssef Iraqi (University of Waterloo, Canada) for their paper entitled, "IP Video Streaming With Fine-Grained TCP-Friendly Rate Adaptation". MMNS 2003 was held September 7-10, 2003, at Queen's University of Belfast, Northern Ireland.
